THE CHIEF: The most important element in Business success and Growth
The Chief, i.e. the leader, is the first – and most important – driver for a company’s success or failure. Thus, Aligned Pillars first starts work with the Chief. He is the person responsible for identifying an opportunity and executing a plan to capture that opportunity while catering to the needs of a customer segment. It is his DNA that translates to his company’s DNA. He is responsible for the success and failure of the company.
Hence it is crucial to align The Chief on areas like purpose, values, clarity, knowledge, skills, motivation, belief systems, personal goals, work-life balance, and blind spots. All other pillars are contingent on increasing the Chief’s effectiveness as a Leader of his business
THE IDEOLOGY: Translating the Vision of the Chief into his company’s DNA
Next, we work closely with The Chief and his A-Team (collectively referred to as the ‘Management team’) to help them go deeper and clearly define the IDEOLOGY of the firm. It is assumed that The Chief and his A-Team are very knowledgeable of their own business with rich experience and thus are absolutely aware of what are the right things to do for their business.

Once the long term goals are in place, it is important to design the Roadmap which charts out the Company’s Long term Goals to Medium & Short term Plan which covers 2 key aspects:

Once the long term and short term roadmap is designed, it is time to look internally to be aware of where the company is currently at, and what it needs to do for achieving its goals.
